Chocolate Truffles

Making and serving chocolate truffles are a fun way to greet your visitors ... and add some chocolate ice cream with it !

Here are two recipes for chocolate truffles. They are easy to make but I guess a bit messy to clean up afterwards :-)

Chocolate Truffles recipe from WikiHow uses a double boiler (bain marie) to melt and cook the chocolates.
