For those who were not yet born then (including me) ... the launching of Sputnik 1 ushered in the dawn of modern space travel ... and, eventually, more space debris ;-).

Chocolate Truffles

Making and serving chocolate truffles are a fun way to greet your visitors ... and add some chocolate ice cream with it !

Here are two recipes for chocolate truffles. They are easy to make but I guess a bit messy to clean up afterwards :-)
